The main level features an inviting open-concept living and dining area, a generously sized kitchen, and a cozy breakfast nook. Two bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom, complete this floor. The fully renovated lower level, accessible via a private entrance, offers two beds and a full bathroom, providing a separate retreat. Step outside from the main level onto a large patio overlooking the lake, equipped with a BBQ and full-sized jacuzzi for ultimate relaxation. Just steps away, our private dock extends your living space onto the water, perfect for serene moments.
Parking is available in the garage as well as on a private, street-level parking pad, accommodating up to three vehicles in total. Please note that the main level of the home is accessed via a flight of stairs. Although the house does have an elevator, it is not for general use. The lower level, containing the third bedroom, is reached by an additional set of exterior stairs.
For lake access and trails, a short path leads directly to the water’s edge.
Other Notes
Additional charge of $50 per stay for a pet – limit one pet per stay. Pets must weigh 50 pounds or under.
Lost membership gate cards will be charged $50 per card lost.
No other guests are allowed in or on the property beyond those accounted for during the booking.
